Just to clear it, what your seeing are kit-based abilities.
Q: But how do those abilities work and how do I use them?
A: You must get the correct kit corresponding to it's ability. Stealth mode hides your name tag for sixty seconds, Sing gives Regeneration I to the people around you and yourself for about fifteen seconds while Call Saviours calls In NPC's that can assist you in killing players.
Q: I killed a guy and I got the item itself, why does it not work?
A: You must have the correct kit equipped in order for it to work.

Do you want a radius of giving Regeneration to the nearest players? And if I would have a fight with a player - will he gets this Regeneration?

Unfortunately, he will. I believe the radius is ten blocks as told by some friends . Not sure of that.
