LOST ALL MY GEAR FROM ALTS

I lost 1 1/2 duffel bags of pains a duffel each piece of riot gear 1/2 jugg boots / chestplates. and a dub of spas 12 and barrets my alts started brand new with nothing what happened. I have no proof of this but you can ask people i always had alts on giving them gear please help and let me know what happened
