    Hello, I made a post about two days ago about application requirements and I have one last question. Two staff members said different answers to the age requirement. One said it's 13, and one said it's 14. Who's right?

    There is no set in stone requirement, I believe. 15 is the desired age, but maturity shown in your application or punishments history will exempt you.

    I got accepted at the age of 14 also, I remember a Sr. Mod stating that it's 13+ but younger players have to put more detail and maturity

    I'm going to be honest here. I have no problem hiring a 12 year old staff member. Maturity and being "mature" are two different things in my eyes. Maturity is your overall attitude and overall character in most situations, such as on the server. Being "mature" is being respectful of others, but also having fun. If you're under 15, I'm going to give you a few tips to increase your chances of becoming staff below.

    • Connect with staff members. We like to see familiar faces. This will increase your chances because we know and already have a feel for you.
    • Avoid getting punishments. This is going to include warnings, mutes and bans. The will overall lower your chances at any age, however, if you're younger it destroys your chances because it means you are not serious enough to handle situations.
    • Write a honest, heartfelt application. Yes - while the length of your application matters, I read through so many applications that are half-written and not meaningful. If you can write 9-10 sentences of Honest work per question, that is a strong point for sure.
    • Be respectful of yourself and others. Respect others and they will respect you. Respect is key on the staff team.
    • Be You. Don't be fake, don't lie and do your best. Just be you, we like you.

    I hope anybody looking to apply under 15 will take these points into account. Good luck on applying!

    Question—

    I got a lot of warns back last year, but only three this year. My previous application was denied because of such and as well as because I had a warn rather recently. However, does this mean my future applications will be denied because of my past infractions?

    Just a question I had regarding the process.

    13= pft, you must be shakesphere!
    14= eh
    15= do what ya want!
    Trust me being chosen at 13 is like winning the 10 billion dollar lottery
    Thanks guys for the answers!
