Armor Naming

It would be great if we had the ability to name our gear. It would be nice in situations such as when a teammate died and there is a confusion about whose it is. It is also convenient and fun as to name weapons. Some ways this could be done is through anvils and somehow have to pay a certain dollar figure to name something. This may also lead to players with infinite money have this ability for free.

I don't see the point of this, most armor is lost quite a lot on PvP servers from wars and sorting.
