Average waiting time for response on support tickets?

The title kinda explains my question,
What is the average waiting time to get a response on support tickets? I have been waiting about 45 days since I sent in my support ticket, and I'm still waiting for a response.

Appeals are generally handled within 4 days of being submitted with exceptions for certain situations. If you require an Owner to respond to your appeal, it may take a little longer. I can't seem to find your appeal so this may be an issue. You should try seeing if it's still open. If so, link me to it and I'll assign it to the relevant person. c:
