    Higher staff will demote you for any reason especially if you don't treat them as the best, they only accept staff and keep them as staff if they are corrupt like the sr.mods/admin especially PeachDaBoss

    We do not demote you unless it is for 1) a good reason, 2) if all members (excluding Helpers) agree on it, sometimes the Owners as well, and 3) it's not about treating them best, it's about treating them with respect. That's what y'all fail to see. When you are purposefully being disrespectful to your staff team, you are going to earn a bad rep. It's the same kind of environment as a regular job: listen to your superiors, be respectful, and be constructive in your criticism. Let me give you a quite personal example:

    I got into a skirmish with a higher-up staff member over some of their opinions, but instead of being a total buffoon and swearing at them, I handled it properly by avoiding confrontation and seeking extra help (from an admin/other sr.mod). The situation was taken care of from there. I was able to be respectful and non-aggressive, thus avoiding a full blown fight. Later, something else happened with me and that staff member, a more serious matter, and it was also taken care of. The staff team, excluding us two, came together and discussed both sides of the story. Instead of immediately demoting me, they were kind enough to let me explain myself and apologize. Now look where I am! :)

    Moral of the story? The staff team makes decisions that are decided as a group, and given out when appropriate, and only when.

    Got any examples? None? Huh, thought so. I don't know a single staff member on here that is "corrupt." They aren't evil, they aren't asinine, they aren't rash, they aren't corrupt. Since I've been on the staff team, and being able to experience the staffers first-hand, a lot of their actions are reasonable. I'm sorry that you don't like getting punished for breaking the rules. That's your fault. I don't understand why you people think it's ok. And I know for a FACT that they don't keep "corrupt" staff. There are plenty of instances where the staff team has demoted/fired members that abused their roles. Can't give any specifics, as they are confidential, but I can assure you, we aren't corrupt.

    LOL. Are you kidding me? The Sr. Mods and our Admin are everything but corrupt. They wouldn't be in their positions if they were such. Again, I'm sorry you think you should be able to get away with breaking the rules, that's just not how it works. And are you seriously going to bash my buddy Peach? To tell you the truth, I used to fear him because he was strict. But now that I know him, it's not that he's scary (he's actually a total dude-bro), it's that he takes his role as a Sr. Mod seriously. As for our Admin, if you say one nasty thing about Daddy Ben, I will personally place a Lego on your bathroom floor..... and hope you step on it. :mad: Ben is like the best staff member, OOF.

Not only you have been able to experience the staff first hand Kiddo. And how do you think staffers is a word lmao do you mean Staff Team. "if you say one nasty thing about Daddy Ben, I will personally place a Lego on your bathroom floor..... and hope you step on it." O damn Havoc must be getting staff that are 2 years old. Kid just resign and go back to nursery "Kinder Garden" as it's called in america and go play with your lego's.
