Can You Add A Pre-Downloadable Resource Pack?

I found it annoying how I had to wait like 6 minutes for the resource pack to download while I was in game getting surrounded by walkers. I was just wondering if the server's administrators could add a link to download the resource pack. It would help a lot for anyone with the same problem as me. Thanks, and I hope you keep this in mind.

PS: If there's already a link posted, could someone just post the same link to it in comments?

Sometimes the resource pack doesn't even download, and just makes me have to restart the game, and this is extremely annoying too. Most of the time I just get kicked for "Not authenticated with minecraft.net" but I'm not sure.

It was available to download on the old website in one of the news posts IIRC. Not sure if it's still up though.

That link currently doesn't have the "super basic pack" but if you were planning on using one of the others that'll do just fine.

Also an easier way of downloading a resource pack and getting it into your game instead of doing whatever the heck ya'll do to get it in, you can use Start(The windows Button on my keyboard)+R. A searchbar will open up, search "%appdata%", go to minecraft and move the folder into resource packs. I learned about the %appdata% thing from the previous website. Thanks Owners and Admins and the people who posted that
