Hello,

My forums account won't permit me to create any support tickets. This has been happening for quite a few months, I've told numerous staff and it hasn't been fixed. I'd appreciate if we took time out to fix this, please & thanks. And _Nickk don't tell me you can't fix it. Please.
Before dois post on this thread don't bring your salt shaker into my post, leave it in your kitchen table, thanks.
If you post anything salty on my thread then you're just some doi. Now only post if it's relevant.
Would also like to say don't tell me to restart my router, browser, try a new browser, etc. I've already tried all this, it doesn't work. Havoc's Support Ticket System revoked my permissions to create new tickets. Geegee, the servers not the only thing broken. Sorry no roast intended.

Ok here's what to do:

Log out of your forums account and submit the ticket as a guest. Be sure to include your username. The support ticket system is a third party system, and your specific account issue will not be fixed anytime soon. So, logout, then submit it as a guest. Hope this helped.

By any chance that you may have overused the support ticket system on your account? You may have just broken the system

I already do logout and do that, takes too much of my time to log back in after so. This is something I could expect from Havoc. I barely ever created support tickets on this forum account.

I am sorry you're having this problem and have not been helped properly. What does it say when you try to create a support ticket? Is there a specific message, or does it redirect you when you when you try to create the ticket?

Thank you very much Lateralization.. I've told numerous staff this issue multiple times, the response I always get is the ticket system is a 3rd party system so they can't fix it, but it is working now.
