I myself can admit, I get mad when players react very poorly to situations. I do take things far, but I wanted to make this thread for all the players who need to understand that the forums isn't a war ground where you can create the battle.
Here are five easy ways to treat problems:
1. Private message a staff member
Staff are always online, if they are not (which is rare) you can message a staff member on here or discord (link below). Also you can look for experienced players online as well.
2. Create a support ticket
Support tickets are for reporting players, glitches, and support. Link will be below for anyone who needs to create one.
3. Continue playing
If it isn't something huge that isn't effecting how you are playing, keep playing and create a support ticket later when you are done with it.
4. Check the forums
There are tons of threads, that have probably asked the same question as you and have gotten an answer.
5. Make a suggestion
Ideas/Suggestions forum is a good place to post your ideas to improve the server!
Now that those are out of the way, here are two things not to do:
1. Create a thread bashing staff
this has been done... countless times, it gets nobody anywhere and will not help you or anyone else.
2. Create a thread with no evidence behind it
This has been done... countless times again. It just starts fights and is not going to help anyone on the forums.
