I still havent gotten my legendary crates promised after the reset. Havoc support isnt replying, what happened?

It usually takes some time for support tickets to be read, the average replying time is about a week or so, but since it's a payment issue, the reply time might be much faster . Therefore, please be patient, your ticket will probably be replied to soon.

This was weeks ago, do i need a new ticket? When i first emailed Havoc, I never got a ticket and they replied, but they havent since the reset

All the support tickets got deleted due to a bug, you should open a new one if it was deleted
