This is just a question. Why does Mine 4 Dead(M4D) Staff Members get banned on Havoc.
If the server did copy please tell me what did they copy.

Allow me to briefly explain. The owner of the server you are referring to has stolen content, buildings, the resource pack etc from our server - this means he is copying/stealing HavocMC content. (not to mention ddoss'ing other staff members and I, hacking, numerous ban evasions, encouraging people to allow him on the server, many rule offenses etc). Now when somebody apply for a staff position as I did with HavocMC, it means they must take full responsibility for the server as they signed up to help, they have permissions granted due to their position to the server, and they have relation to anything about the server. In simpler words, (with respect to the other server) if they are staff on a server that stole contents and assets, it means they are responsible for that, and anyone who is staff that stole from us has no means to remain on this server, as they can find a way to steal more content and they've already showed their dedication to this server by stealing our content, even if the owner was the one who did it, they still hold responsibility for supporting those actions. With this being said, it should help you understand why we ban staff members on a different server who has stolen from us.

Could you potentially take them to small claims court if one were to make the resource pack private I.E not usable elsewhere?

This is not necessary, they have already shown how much they care for the server but in time - depending on the situation, we may unban; again, this doesn't happen often as when you apply for a server, I'd assume the person put a lot of thought into it and if they put thought into helping such a server, they clearly don't care for our server but as stated, they can get lucky with an unban from time to time.

I'm just suggesting it so that they get scared enough to shut the server down (and lose a couple hundred bucks in the process). the server doesn't deserve its playerbase being taken away, haha
