I'm not sure if I should simply redirect you to the support ticket system, but I may have some advise. Unfortunatly, I can't say otherwise, the step I've used make me look dumb. There is a link to a few info including one about claiming monthly bonus.

A) In TMD, there is a click-able clock, in the crate GUI menu, who lend your monthly bonus (increase your available crate variable by the bonus described on the last unlocked rank.)
Note also that the button description indicate that a monthly bonus could only be claim on a single server per month; If you use it on Mine wars, you cannot use it again in TMD.
B) Prior to click on the clock button, I've visited Mine wars, but I was not able to find any implemented monthly bonus system.
C) After claiming my TMD monthly bonus, I've visited Horizon, then I've used the /package command; described on a panel in /spawn

D) On the /package GUI menu, there is an option to claim your monthly bonus.
Note : For those who ask the question, I was able to recover a monthly bonus on both TMD and Horizon.
