Need help/internet/Don't know where to post.

I need help with an issue I've been having for a LONG time. Ever since the ip adress changed, I can only get into this server using ONE of my internet providers, my limited one. They both have decent internet, and with the UNLIMITED one I can get into any other server, except havoc mc. This is a major problem since I generally cant use my limited internet unless its to do something that doesnt download anything. Please tell me where I should post this in the future if this should not be present in this part of the forums. Thankie! ^u^

i suggest you use the other ip tmd: miningdead.com for the server ip
