To make The Mining Dead more like a replica of the show, I know what gun to add. In Season 7 of The Walking Dead Carl Grimes has been using the FN FAL Battle Rifle for a while now in the show. Also make a Battle Rifle 20 bullets in the clip. The gun should be found in the Army or Police loot bags. Oh and add it to the Carl kit. And make the price for the gun $1,400 and make it a Tier 4 weapon. The guns bullet damage will be 4.5, the farthest it can shoot is 45 blocks away, the fire speed will be the same as the Ak47 too

I love it! i was thinking a little bit more range tho. but i might be thinking about a different gun.
also, i never under stood why the AK-47 has bad range. in real life if you smack a scope on an AK its basically now a sniper. that's how the Vietnamese were so good that they kicked uncle sam's butt. it was fully auto-matic, but you could snipe with it too.

The Vietnamese kicked our butts because they

A) Were well trained and experienced fighters
B) We really had no reason to fight there
C) We didn't know how to deal with guerilla warfare or the climate of Vietnam

as well as

D) South Vietnamese were ****ty fighters

so please don't attribute the ak47 to it being the war winner, it wasn't.

In most games I play the FN FAL is a single shot rifle. I've seen the firearm fired at full auto but I think single fire would suit it's style more. Just my opinion.

Well here's my answer as someone who does target practice, the AK in game has bad range because of balancing for the ****ty way pvp is now adays... Anyhow past that... Any gun can kill at an incredibly long range, shotguns in games tend to be like... 10-20 meters and then thy're garbage... In real life however you can fire across a huge open field and the pellets will still be moving fast enough to kill someone, not to mention speed on bullets isn't the only factor, in fact... A 9MM has an incredible range and is in fact more deadly then some sniper rounds. As it imbeds into people. The 22. Calliber is a tiny lil' baby round and yet it's also one of the most deadly, as it mushrooms and tears up the internals of its target.

Maybe they should make automatic guns actually automatic first.
