I know this is a common problem but getting kicked for "Sending too many packets" is all I really see anymore. i think it happens to everyone but I need to try joining TMD Ragnarok at least 20 times before actually being able to play. Is this something that's being looked into?

And I know there is a resource pack that can be applied manually but doing that just gives me a whole new set of problems.

Disable texture packs in the multiplayer menu for HavocMC. Download the current texture pack, links to the packs are below. Put the downloaded pack into your texture pack folder. Join the server without the pack on, then, after you successfully connect to the desired server, put the pack on.
