Hey,
As you might know, I'm aquaphoenix101. About 8:50pm on October 11th, 2017, I was muted for disrespect by Mackiee. I was muted for "disrespect". Why I am appealing this is because It was a joke. Me and D4RKTARGET have been friends for quite a long time and we like to joke around a lot. Instead, i got muted for 30 minutes. I then pursued to try and tell the staff that It was a misunderstanding by talking anyway, as i know staff can see all messages, muted or not. I then waited 30 minutes, and I was still not unmuted. I then waited another 30 minutes, and I was still muted. I get off because I have to go, then I come back today, and I'm still muted. I recieve word from another staff member that i was perm muted for "repeated disrespect while muted" There are 2 things wrong with this: 1. I did none of the such. And 2. How could i disrespect someone when i'm muted? I shouldn't have been muted in the first place, as I was only joking around with my friend. He didn't take this seriously as we always playfully disrespect each other in various ways.
