  • Please Help

    My brother in law play TMD from time to time and yesterday when we tried to play together, It would say logging in for a good minute and then just say Timed Out and he cant connect. I know that recently on the 15th another user had this problem. His IGN is Godsdeceiver

    Perhaps its something to do with your internet, I would suggest turning off your modem for 30 seconds and plugging it back in so it can reset the connection, hope this helps. Feel free to get back to me.

    I tried that but we both play off the same connection and I always get in perfectly fine for some reason so I'm thinking its might be an account based problem.

    I saw a post from the 15th of a guy with the same problem and the owner said he removed him from the servers database and that seemed to fix the problem.

    Hmm, do you have a premium account? Trying to connect to a server that's not cracked with a cracked account doesn't work, also, are you and your brother both trying to connect on separate computers on the same Minecraft account? If so, that won't work. Here's a few fixes though: Try restarting your router/modem, it may just be a connection problem. Try connecting using the other IP (if your using the mining dead ip, use the play.havocmc.net ip, and vice versa).

    One more thing, can you and your brother in law connect to any other servers?

    We both have separate accounts and and using separate computers and he tried to connect with both IP's and still does the same thing and I can connect to the server no problem at all. We reset the router multiple times and reinstalled his Minecraft a couple times now.

    This may be an issue, as you said above, with player data, you might have to submit a support ticket to get your player data clear, I'm not sure, but if you do it, you'll probably lose all your stuff, but you might be able to connect, but use that option at the very last of all options because there's no turning back.

    There isn't much of a loss since he gave me me the stuff to store since I have a vault so thanks that will work. How do I issue a support ticket?
