I quit. This server is horrendous. Guns have no balance, there is no skill, it's all teenage boys proverbially jerking themselves off so they look good in a block game.

The server's combat focuses not on aim or accuracy, but how fast you can click your mouse. This allows players to abuse the system and create tactics which give themselves unfair advantages. Hackers run rampant throughout the server and USB their client before a screenshare can work since the current anti cheat is literally garbage.

There aren't any wars anymore on the server, and when there are, it's almost always 1-2 people. It's not fun. Sit in the same building. Barrett. Spas. Pain. It drones on. So repetitive. I don't understand why I didn't quit when the new map came out— that's when the server really fell apart.

This post isn't to bash the staff, or tell anyone they did a bad job managing the server, but I am astounded on how poorly situations are managed. The owners prioritized Mythical, a bull**** cash grab, instead of fixing current bugs. Why? Money, of course. Half the time a post is made which isn't in defense of the staff, you get raped by every player telling you how wrong you are. Of course, it only took 3 MONTHS to get hell night out, so I guess it's fine guys!

The server used to be so fun. The community wasn't so toxic and it wasn't just about clicking 25cps and tanking everything. Unfortunately, it is now, hence why I quit the game for an indefinite amount of time.

Please be aware people do have real life issues, such as a computer being in repair. I'd suggest thinking about that before making a comment like that.

I had to go inactive for a couple of weeks due to computer repairs and a really (no sarcasm) exciting camping trip.

I was literally listing the reasons the server was going downhill. As far as I remember, I didn't mention anything about that, and if I quit any time before that it was many months past.

You understand that is the owners job right? Nothing to do with Admin down to Modeller? and you do also understand staff feel the exact same way because they are not robots and are also human? and they also keep getting unnecessary hate for it? Honestly, the lower staff (mods/builders/etc) really aren't to be blamed here. They are just doing the best they can with what they have. The real problem is the owners/admin who have the power to fix issues on the server and choose not to. They have a ton of money from donations that they could hire developers to speed the process of fixing issues....they choose not to. I mean barbed wire is still broken...that's been broken since the map update months ago. The leadership team on this server should take notice. Their staff are being abused because of their decisions. It's time to shape up. Mods don't deserve to be abused for what the owners refuse to do.

I am not a fan of leaving posts tbh, bc 90% of the time the person making it is just doing it for attention and comes back (not saying this thread is one of them- just speaking in general). But when I get on every day and see more and more new threads like this, the owners need to wake up.

It just feels like the owners have given up.

k I know ill get hate for speaking my opinion on this topic but owners have lives to same with the mods builders and everyone else. You can't go saying the owners are complete garbage, or the mods, builders, and entire staff team. All of them dedicate time to the server in some way as well having a life outside of it. Its not fair to blame them for an issue and then call every single one of them garbage and say that they do nothing

I didn't say owners were garbage and they can have lives obviously- no one is arguing that owners need to be mindless drones without lives. But my point is they are getting a lot of money in donations, why not hire someone to help? That frees up their personal time more and makes players happy...not sure how that can be interpreted as bad. It is their responsibility to listen to what the community wants and to invest back into the server. The way the server looks right now, is like none of the donor money is invested in developing the server, which is disappointing.

Also, maybe you should re-read my post. I said mods shouldn't get hate, because the heart of the issues on the server are not controlled by them- it is the higher ups' fault.

I don't think people are garbage, but if you are going to put words in my mouth, I'll say this: the decisions made by higher up staff are garbage. They created the rank "Mythical" before fixing most of the issues on TMD- sorry that decision caused a lot of people to realize that this server is just a cash grab for the owners and making the server good comes second to fattening the wallets of the owners.

Lastly, you say it is unfair to blame them for the issues ... well I hate to break it to you, but the issues of the server are their fault. They changed a bunch of stuff, broke a bunch of stuff, and updated a bunch of stuff (which broke a bunch of stuff more). The community is tired of excuses. If they don't have time to fix the server, then they need to find someone else who does.

This is your opinion don't state it as a fact. First you need to understand summer is over people have school and other jobs to do. Also how do you know that the Owners aren't reinvesting into the server? You have access to their paypal or something if do hit me up with the details. Their are issues, but you'll just have to deal with it like everyone always does. You crying "oh me I cant cut barbwire, everything is broken, staff have given up" here's the kick stfu. People need stop complaining on how things get fixed it will never work and never did.

Also, she didn't put words in your mouth she shorten your statement it so she didn't have to type about you not liking how the server runs. If you don't like it don't complain give feed-back to Jr.Mod and maybe if its good idea they'll deliver it to Nick or Igniting or whoever. Doesn't even have to be a Jr.Mod you could make a ticket or make a forums post under ideas.

lol god you guys are immature. If someone speaks out at all, asking higher staff to make the server better, it is automatically *****ing in your eyes. Stop being simplistic. We know nothing is getting invested in the server....because nothing works and updates take way longer than what the finished product should require.

Sorry that you enjoy playing on a server that was half-assed put together, but those of us who have played on the server before the huge map update (2 updates ago- like I'm talking almost 2 years ago pre reset era), know what this server is capable of. Basically, this server has a lot of potential and used to be a lot of fun.

Obviously I'm not butthurt because of the barbed wire. I included that as an example to show how even the small things, they refuse to fix. It has been broken since the update- they know about it. Hell everyone knows about it, but it is still broken. So are a lot of other things, that was just the tip of the iceberg.

Taloco, just chill. I can't take people seriously who act like a big boi on minecraft. If you want to comment that's fine, but you are delusional if you think people can just go "complain" to jr mods. They have no more control over these issues as you or I.

If you read my post, it actually wasn't that hateful, and I actually stood up for lower staff telling people to leave them alone. A good summary of my post was that I am concerned that owners have given up, and wish they would invest in more developers to help them....lol how scandalous, right?

I'm done with this convo. We have different opinions. Who cares? Get over it- agree to disagree and all that. Glad you are enjoying your time on the server- that was me 2 years ago.
