Things to keep in mind for Normal TMD. There's a lot for this one. [PS - If you need a map, there's one linked in my signature]
If you want to avoid conflict, stick to the edges. The towns along the edge rarely get a lot of fighting. The only exception would be Belport, seeing as Mallow is RIGHT there.
PVP Off maps: The M60 & Gattling Gun are GODLY. If you get in a big horde, you can start spamming these to get the walkers off ya. If you can string together a whole bunch of headshots, you can mow the walkers down like nothing else.
Walker Guts. I will swear by these things. Keep track of it's durability, though.
NEVER leave ammo behind. If you see some in chests, take it. Even if it's for a gun you don't have yet.
This is a personal strat, but I find that it keeps me out of accidential situations. KEEP YOUR HOTBAR FULL, EVEN IF YOU WONT USE THE ITEM. Suppose it's 2v1. You're in riot against two military guys in loot they've been scavenging. You Spas the one to death, and scoop his loot as you run after the other guy. As you're trying to shoot the other guy, you notice your Spas suddenly isn't working. When you scooped the other guy's loot, you picked up a stray double barrel that has found a happy home in your hotbar, making your Spas useless. [Yes, ive had lots personal experience with this one xD] Keeping your hotbar full prevents this.
Don't carry more than one of any category gun. In Hell Night, this strat might make sense if you need ammo. Every shot counts in Hell Night. But if you have a G36c... lets be honest. You arn't going to use an M4.
This strat is also personal, and a lot of people will go against it. But carry a pistol. In Hell Night, this won't really apply. In TMD, pistols are great for headshotting walkers. Also, on the off chance you loose an arm, you have something to work with.
Shotguns are a must for the PVP On severs. Get up close, and a shotgun will beat a melee 90% of the time. The other 10% is when the shotgun guy wasn't paying attention.
While it is a bit rare, the Golden Desert Eagle is a catch-all gun. Its aim is spot on, and it does more damage than 3/4 snipers.
Barrett - 15.0
Golden Desert Eagle - 11.5
R700 - 11.0
M14 - 7.5
Winchester - 7.0
Crossbows are real nice for walkers. You can reuse the shots that come out of it, so in the end you don't loose ammo.
Cars, Cars Cars. Best places to look are CDC and Hartsfield. Too risky? The yacht in Finely spawns them all the time. Still too risky? The Police Station in Highgate.
How to confront individuals on bikes [New for the breakable bikes]: From a distance, use a sniper and try to hit the bike itself. At close range, a shotgun can hit both the rider AND the bike. Don't let him come straight at you. That's the only place he can aim. Stay off to the side. Get in the woods. This is the best place to hide from a biker.
How to use a bike for PvP: Don't. Get off the bike you scrub.
Jk. Point an RPG straight at the ground and fire. Reload the RPG. Repeat until the words "You Died" appear in large letters across the screen and the screen turns red.
*sigh* Still wanna know? Fine. Do large sweeping movements. You want to be pointed at the target when you're shooting. If the bike starts to get low on HP, get really close and have a shotgun ready for when it breaks. No shotgun? Run, break and replace the bike. Repeat until victim is dead. Sorry, victim.
