I suggest providing the staff with proof before asking for a rank upgrade.
How? It happened months ago. There are posts made by me about it. I can also show a screenshot my in-game rank, but that's it.

You can send in a support ticket at https://havocmc.net/support and wait for a support agent to process your request. In the meantime, just wait for it to be dealt with as the ownership team is receiving a lot of tickets in regards to ranks and payment related issues.
There's really no other way at the moment to get the rank without it being processed through the new store; Buycraft.
If you have any questions, the following people (from what I have been told) handle billing/payment related issues: @_Nickk @Jacobg2011 @IgnitingIce please be patient and wait for a response as they're extremely busy with other things throughout the network.
