Redacted Server Name

Has anyone else noticed a particular server known as Redacted IP having stolen loads of TMD's textures.
1: Spas.
2: Revolver, though named differently on their server.
3: Grass
4:Barrel 50. Cal
5: Grenade
6: Ak-47
And more!

Tbh I don't even know what they doin'...

We are aware of this, but unfortunately there's not really anything we can do about it. The server you mentioned, whose IP I removed in your original post, has used textures taken directly from our pack, textures that were made by Jacob and Myself over many many hours, for a long time now.

Sorry, I put the ip so admins could see.
And can't you patent them or something? Because it is pretty annoying if you guys been working for ages on it.

Patents costs a fee (idk if it's yearly or a 1 time thing). besides, Minecraft is owned by Mojang, so copyrighting something that's part of something like minecraft (which is already owned) is illegal. things like the HavocMC website, logo, etc, can be copyrighted, but nothing that is part of the game itself (ex textures) can. if havoc owned minecraft, I'm sure the textures would be copyrighted already . Also isn't there another HavocMC? they stole havoc logo and everything

People keep on bringing up thieve servers. Isn't it possible to copyright the resource pack and sue the servers who steal it?

Nope, since Minecraft is in itself is already copyrighted. It would be like making a new weapon in Skyrim. You cant copyright something that was made for a copyrighted item.
