Once I'v worked in a convenience store who also sell gas. I was on my first day of work so they gave you a nice pin on your t-shirt who mean "in training."
My first client asked me the following :
A : What is the difference between a lager and a stout?
Q : I don't know the answer, but maybe I could read the label on the bottle to find out?
A : What? They let you work in a convenience store and you don't even know about beers?
Q : Hum ... (showing my badge) without saying anything... Well can I help you differently?
B : The manager stopped by and say sorry for that he is on training, I could answer your question if you need!
I don't remember well the rest, but in the end the guy left the store without waiting for an answer; probably got confused and fear being taken wrong.
Your question make me think about this. Its not a perfect match with your topic I could understand but I hope it could help
About mods it make me think about an another small-talk when I did some study to become a computer technician. In the first weeks about the programmatic class, the teacher told us the following statement. You can't expect a tech to know all about every software and programming language as it grow so fast. But you can expect a tech to know at his best 2-3 language so he would be able to learn anything quite fast!
Note also that the https://havocmc.net/rules/ keep being updated. Also, you can't expect the writer to state every possible situations where a player could be criticized. If I remember there is a nice topic detailing mods I suggest you make a small research on the forum to recover it.
