Shaders

Hi! I noticed when Ambiversions posts the weekly news update, the photos are different from the normal minecraft. I was wondering if that is shaders he is using, and would shaders improve my gaming experience?

I didn't really know where to ask this, so please forgive me if I am posting in the wrong section.

If you mean gaming experience with less/no lag i would suggest using optifine, also shaders are good but depends on the pc you have as shaders may be abit more laggy on some computers than others
