I can't speak for the team on this since I've only just become a part of it. But I intend to be around a lot in my future as a member of the staff team!

As a team, we like to spend our time proactively moderating servers, the main reason you probably don't see staff on TMD-4 is due to the lack of moderation and help required on that server. We attempt to prioritize every server we can. Unfortunately we don't usually have 7 staff members at a time online who can moderate HH-1, TMD-1, TMD-2, TMD-3, TMD-4, MM-1 and MW-1 but we try our best. We always ask each other to spread out and moderate more servers though. I'll bring some attention to TMD-4 and make sure someone hops on it once in a while to check up, you can always use the /staff command in-game to report someone who is breaking the rules and hopefully staff should be there soon. Also, please take a screenshot when you see people who break the rules so we have proof. However apart from that, like I said - I'll try to spend more time on it, and hopefully have a few other staff members around sometimes. If you have any more questions or concerns, feel free to message me on the forums.
