    Just would like to clarify that my Friend Nightowl525 Wrote this, He is and has been banned since about September last year.

    I know I probably shouldn't be doing this but I've ran out of choices.:)Hi, I've been waiting for months at the time currently about 1 and a Half Months so far for a response to a support ticket/tickets. I know that I probably shouldn't be posting this and also that you are most likely not allowed, but technically this could be a suggestion. I wish that the staff would look at the support tickets that people have put up, I was waiting for weeks at a time, just waiting to see if anyone would respond or even look at the support ticket and no one did I could understand if it was a single person but a great idea would be to get a few trusted members or staff members to do it, I think that someone should at least be monitoring the support tickets and actually looking at them, especially old ones. I really wanted to play this server again but alas I can't.

    A lot of my friends play this and I really wanted to play with them but A stupid mistake I made almost a year ago basically screwed that all up. I wish that someone would look at these tickets, I felt like no one cared at all just because it was a unban appeal.

    As you have already pointed out, you should not be trying to get unbanned via a forum post. Everyone who is a Jr. Mod or higher can view and manage the reports and appeals sections of the support tickets. These are usually dealt with promptly and are only left open for extended periods of time if the staff members are discussing it. Please check the support section of this website to see if your support tickets are still open as they may have been closed without a response. If this is the case, it means your appeal has been declined. If your appeal is still open, it will be dealt with as soon as it has been discussed and they have reached a decision. Thank you.
