Bases are currently nearly impossible to raid.
I sell C4 components for exorbitant amounts (gas can 10-15k, electric circuit 20-25k) on AH and people buy them every time.
Suggestion: Locations around the map should have a mineable C4 block. You can harvest the C4 using a pick.
Driving west from Berx to CDC along the southern highway:
Driving under the second overpass, look on the middle pillar, you will see a C4. This is a good example of what the placement might look like.
This would help give a bit more offensive power to raiding.
Coding would be simple. Mechanic would work like wood does now.
C4 cannot stack, so even a diligent farmer would be limited by storage.
Instead of a pick, consider adding a more expensive and more roleplay appropriate item to defuse C4.
Bonus points if, when mining the C4, it has a 50% chance to explode, giving no C4 item and damaging you.
