Hello everyone, my name is Taloco you probably don't know who I am. If you're new, I have been around the community for about 2 years now. I've been banned quite a bit and I didn't really get play server when it was full potential or prime. Why was I banned well being a cheater at first, my first ban back early 2015 my username back then was Infliction. After that I was banned few more times falsely but I didn't think I would ever come back after refunding because how staff team handled "Potential Hackers". But I did, and I also believe TMD or HavocMC or what ever you want to call it, still has lots of more opportunity to come.

It's obvious that Owners have lost motivation on putting out content onto the server because, they don't see the potential the server still has to provide. I'm sorry if you're reading this Nick, JacobG, IgnitingIce but it's true you guys aren't putting out the effort you use to do.

RE-VIEW
Reviewing everything, will guarantee for some problems of being fixed.​

• Reestablish your ideas for the server, and even current ones that might be implemented in the future. See if they will really benefit the server.
  
• Re-interview current and old staff, for ideas on how to provide the best experience for the server. Why should you? They're the ones playing on server everyday and they're the first to know when a problem a occurs and they listen to what players want. Also review current staff to see if they're even still right fit for the position they're in because right now staff team isn't looking so great, due to amount of people resigning. Organize​

• Organize the staff team, into groups so theirs a balance in power and not one group is to powerful and I am not talking about Group of mods a group of admins no. Here's an example of what I mean.

• Update Staff Rules & Player Rules. Un-punished players that broke a rule that's now have been changed.

Eh. They're doing the best they can. This isn't their job by any means and most of them have school. Your tips are more of yearly things to-do. As I've discovered via helping to run an rp server. It's not so simple as "Look at problem, throw wrench at problem, problem is fixed." It takes tweaking, feedback. It took -years- for havoc to get to where it is now so just... Have a lil' patience... Alright?
