Personally, I love this idea. I remember the good old days when we used to have to actually scavenge for our gear; now I just spend 5 minutes in a safezone gearing up. This would give a greater use for teams/alliances, because teams will be able to take over locations of the map, while still worrying about maintaining necessary gear and coordination, which is much different than tping people with infinite money... Also, a lack of safezones would be interesting as well, because then you aren't safe, which adds realism to the game. TMDH was one of my favorite servers, mostly because it seemed real... I remember spending a week or so gearing up with a teammate, then we would take over popular and highly geared towns in the map. This would make for great competition, as well as a challenging experience for both new and old players.
