@Jxmp if you're referring to the posts made earlier, the situation is being resolved. There is no need to continue these threads, and I can tell that the staff team appreciates you letting them know. They are not going to ignore the situation, and as per the CM stated previously, there isn't a need to create public threads.
Personally, I find public threads are a great way to gather attention, whether positive or negative. You created a thread regarding your concerns, and staff member not only acknowledged your post, but let you all know that action will take place. Continuing to make such posts will result in no quicker change or course of action, and players find it particularly annoying when these posts are made when the issue was already addressed and is being looked into. Continuing to make these posts isn't because you care about the community, but seems rather that you want to make the server look bad, despite their appropriate responses to your concern(s).
I find that staff shouldn't lock this particular thread because there isn't any huge drama, and if you delete or lock it, then it will just make you look worse, from an honest and realistic opinion. However, I wouldn't blame you for temporarily muting players for failure to comply with staff. Your voice isn't being restricted as you were already made aware that the scenario will be resolved. Therefore there is no corrupt action taking place by locking the threads with regards to this topic.
If you believe the tickets are being deleted by the "same abusive mod", then I will personally ensure the issue is addressed, assuming that I can speak with higher-ups to ensure your reassurance.
Kindly hush and staff can update you if you'd request so.
