I think that items bought with Unlimited Money should not be able to be sold in any way (Besides Player Trading possibly) But there is one thing that I suggest that in trading with NPC's, you earn 1/3 the money needed to buy the item. Places like Atlanta full of riot gear, tier 4 class weapons and more are definitely going to be raided by alot people in the server if the sold for full price, giving no chance whatsoever for newcomers. If this were to happen, the only few ways for a newcomer to thrive in our server is to, 1. Play on PvE, 2. Someone is somehow generous enough not to kill them and give them loot, 3. Somehow they have natural skill in this and is capable of handling more experienced players, 4. In a somewhat large group to look out for each other, 5. Bought a rank.
If someone were to find a Barrett 50. Cal, which is, if I remember correctly, worth $3000, you will earn $1000. This is fair enough so people who are good and can easily raid Loot-full places aren't completely OP, Discourages farming/camping in one place, But gives enough for livability for new players.
