cant join havocmc on regular ip

yo so basically I cant join havoc on my regular ip, ( I can join every other server on my list) it shows up as no connection in red. As soon as I go on a vpn I am able to connect, I am not banned on my accounts or anything does anyone know what to do?

Which IP are you currently using to try and login to HavocMC?

Below is the actually IP, rather than the domain, and should work if you are using java, versions 1.8- 1.16.
