hi this is plane and simple u can get cars in the basment of the cdc and u can go up laters because of this somthing very bad happend

Dude, if you want assistance you need to specify what happened there. I'm pretty sure I got a car in CDC and nothing bad happened with the car. I don't know how going up ladders with a car can do wrong, it would look hilarious, but it's not going to do anything wrong to you.
