I have this idea that when you get down a car you d9 t necessarily need to break it and it would just stay there and not dissapear and you can have locks and stuff for it and the cars will need fuel to drive, same to bikes.

Yeah, but deleting more than 75% of it isn't considered "copying". Some of the topics overlap, but its not the same.

I don't understand how you can say he was copying anyone, I've seen lots of people ask for locks, it's not really that hard to think of. I don't think someone would copy an idea that simple off the forum anyway, theirs nothing to gain from it.

You should be able to pick locks if locks are added (but lock picks are rare, not findable in shops, and take time to work)
