Hello, I am sorry that I was a jerk about the new update. Here, I will try to address the problems that people are having and suggest fixes. First is infinite money. People are used to being able to use their inf to do non stop war. I get it, I have inf to. No one was ready for the limit. I think that the limit is a good idea. But, people hate it. My suggestion is to make the limit 200k? Next, painkillers. Before the update, skill was spamming pains and camping buildings. To be honest, I liked that. But, eating all those pains would kill you. And, it was too easy for auto clickers to pain quick and full jugs could take forever to kill. I think maybe there should be a new server that is old tmd. It will bring back players who have quit, and maybe new players will come. There will be the realistic tmd, and the pain spam tmd with unlimited inf. Maybe one with the old map and one with the new map? I don't know. I don't want to cause any more problems. I really like the new map. Its pretty good. I love the new loot system. I think if these changes are made, more people will join the server and less people will quit. Thank you for your time :D

I feel like adding an "old tmd" is basically saying "if you don't have enough skill to play the new map, go here"

That is true that people who aren't able to adapt to the new changes will go to the old time server, but the old time is a lot more fun to some people. For example Jahango and Bigmikej23 are among th best players in the server. They where able to adapt to the changes but I'm almost 100% sure that they would prefer old tmd.

When I said old time I meant old tmd

you would need to remove vaults from the old TMD so people with inf can't just buy everything on there then transfer it to other tmds

Thank you for being more positive with your feedback, everyone appreciates it. However there is already a thread that covers most of your suggestions (separate server for pain-spamming/infinite money, etc.) so I'd suggest moving your discussion there. I'll add a link shortly.

Jahango and Bigmikej are among some of the only players who I haven't seen wearing something other than jugg.

Hell no xD I believe its more of a personal preference. People have their different interests and that has nothing to do with skill. Lets say two people are professional artists that make the same amount of money. One draws comics and the other draws realistic pieces. Neither of them are more skilled overall than the the other, they are both skilled equally at different things. It simply comes down to what they prefer to do. BigMike and Jahango are still two of the best player on TMD even with the update, but the fact that they would rather have the old TMD does not mean they are not skilled. They just have a personal preference on what they find more enjoyable.
Some people like the unrealistic action packed fights more than strategically camping to get first shot. Its just a personal preference thing. Neither side is more skilled then the other, they both just enjoy their own things. That's what people need to understand.

If you cannot adapt to the new map and it's features, you obviously have a low amount of skill. If you can't cart strategies or skills over from before, and moreover need berx right next to Atlanta so you can canp, you just aren't good anymore. You have to be like Bear Grylls. Using strategy and tactics to survive the environment regardless of whatever it takes.

I have no problem with coming to compromises, but people need to understand that by increasing the number of servers, you decrease the number of players per server. This results in communities becoming smaller and hence more boring leading to players loss in the long term. While this may serve as a band aid solution, it may prove ineffective in the long run

I'll address the issue of skills before addressing personal preference argument. Skill is quantifiable in 2 aspects, knowledge of current meta and mechanical skill. If you're able to lets say hit every shot with an M14, you would be mechanically skilled, if you had good map knowledge, understanding of fire rate of M14, 50 cal you would be skilled in terms of knowledge, the argument that holding down your right mouse button is preposterous and simply unfounded.

" Lets say two people are professional artists that make the same amount of money. One draws comics and the other draws realistic pieces."
To be honest art is a very subjective field and hence the argument can't really be substantiated as there are variables such as style, platform it is drawn on and so on.

"Some people like the unrealistic action packed fights more than strategically camping to get first shot."
    > Strategically camping
    > Unskilled

    You've contradicted yourself.

Also I feel obligated to say that this compromise is just a rehashed version of the other thread.

I agree with what you said and I do believe that this would do more harm to the server in the long run but unfortunately, op TMD was kinda announced ;(

The owners and developers are currently working on an altered version of TMD to add as another separate server. It will be very similar to the old TMD, but I believe the new map will be used. We are referring to it as 'OP TMD.'

    It will include the following:
    • No Infinite Money limit.
    • Old painkillers.
    • Separate inventories, vaults and balances.
    • Better kits.
    • No SZ cooldown.
    • Better crate chances.
This is now active and to join, simply type /server TMDO-1. Hopefully this solution pleases the majority. If you would like to read more, I believe this is the main post about it. c:

What I'm trying to say is that some people would rather rust have fun. And they don't find the new update fun. I don't see why you act like you hate the OG players so much. Like honestly. It's about having fun.

I'm not acting. I truly don't like these jugg-wearing tryhards [ahem].

They should just add a gamemode where the only armor is jugg so that way it would give players a chance.

Let me just say it a third time for you. Those "tryhards" are not unskilled in the slightest. They just enjoy their own thing, which happens to be something that you do not enjoy. There's nothing wrong with that, it's only an opinion.

Fun does not equal skill, to equate those things would be a false equivalency. Just because you enjoy something doesn't mean you're good at it.

What I'm saying is people tend to be more skilled at what they prefer to do. For example: I enjoy the old tmd and you enjoy the new one. Theres a chance that you may be able to beat me in the new one, and Id beat you in the old one. This means no one is more skilled than the other, they are just more skilled at what they enjoy... Get my point?
