Editing Hunter & Sniper kits

I think these two kits need changing. Survivor ranks that use Sniper are going to hate me for this. They were both set in 1.8 back when the Winchester did way more damage and the R700 was the tier 1.
For those of you who don't know, these kits come with the following:

Sniper: No Requirement
Scoped R700
1 Sniper Clip
Water Bottle
Compass [Tracks Towns]
[Notice it has no melee]

Hunter: Requires God
Combat Knife
Scoped Winchester
20 Sniper Clips
Crossbow
16 Crossbow Bolts
Water Bottle
Compass [Tracks Players: Only works if Hunter Kit is active]

This is a personal vendeta against the Winchester. But the Free Survivor kits are supposed to be mediocre kits with Tier 1 weapons. Currently, Sniper has a tier 2.
I personally think they should be changed to the following:

Sniper:
Screwdriver
Scoped Winchester
9 Sniper Clips
Water Bottle
Compass

Hunter:
Combat Knife
UNscoped R700
3 Sniper Clips
Crossbow
5 Crossbow Bolts
Water Bottle
Tracking Compass

This would keep the shot-ratio the same for Sniper. 10 shots (one preloaded in Winchester). It would make its users take more time with their shots, as the reload between shots is ridiculously long for the 'Chester. It would, however, give them a melee, even if it is a horrible one. It would make Screwdrivers a bit more common for how bad of a melee it is.

Hunter would lose a sniper shot. The previous one has 21, this one has 20. There would be a major loss of crossbow bolts, but now they are reusable, and there isn't as much of a need for extra ammo. One extra thing. The R700 it would come with would be unscoped. It would require the kit's users to be really careful aiming, or to either find a scope or buy one.

They should really not change them since some newer players like the better kits and need better kits so they can learn how to get better at the game.

I don't like this idea. The hunter kit is good the way it is now. It's not too bad and it's not OP either I don't really agree..

The Sniper kit has the r700 in it probably because it is the Army's Sniper Rifle aka M28. It fires a 5.56NATO cartridge (.223). The hunter kit has a Winchester because it looks like it's based off of a model of Winchester hunting rifles used for hunting animals, not people. Quite a few hunting rifles and big game rifles and tend to be more powerful then a standard sniper rifle. This is most likely the explanation behind the Hunter kit.

The current sniper kit should come with a knife, an m9 sidearm and the r700 weapon wise.

The hunter kit should come with a knife, machete, hatchet or axe. It should also include the revolver since in most cases it would be used to stop bears or other animals. It should have the town tracker.

The current sniper kit should be renamed to "marksman" while the new sniper kit should include the m-14 or barrett along with the player tracker.
