Gamemode Idea: Prison

Hello, havoc forums. It is me, ThunderDragon3, and I recently had an idea. I am one of those people who really like prison servers. Perhaps a prison server could bring some players to Havoc, and I had an idea for a twist on it. It would have the same gun designs from TMD, and guards would have guns, but we would only need to change the guns from tools to something else. The only guns are tier 3, 4, and 5? Here are some ideas for kits:

Kit: In-mate
1 iron pickaxe
1 iron axe
1 Combat Knife
16 steak
1 orange leather Shirt
1 orange leather pants
1 orange leather boots
-Available every hour-

Kit: Guard
1 combat knife
1 CZ-PO9
8 pistol clips
16 steak
1 Military Vest
1 Military Leggings
1 Military Pants
-Availible every 3 hours-

Kit: Riot Control
1 SPAS-12
32 shotgun shells
1 Machete
32 steak
1 Riot Helmet
1 Riot Chestplate
1 Riot Leggings
1 Riot Boots
-Available every 12 hours-

Kit: Lawless
1 AK-47
1 SPAS-12
1 Fire Axe
8 assault rifle clips
32 shotgun shells
16 steak
Juggernaut Chestplate
Riot Leggings
Juggernaut Boots
-Availible every 36 hours-

There are ranks too. They go from F to A, and repeat 2 times. So it goes,
F1 - A1
F2 - A2
F3 - A3
There will be 18 mines, one for each letter and prestige.

Guns would be accessed by going to the black market, and if anyone is caught there, they are sent to level F1, including guards. There is a guard shop, where you can purchase better guns and armor. Guards have access to all kits but Lawless. Lawless requires the rank of Titan. Riot control is Champion. All other kits are free, but you need to have prestiged from inmate to guard to access Kit Guard. Juggernaut and katanas are unavailable in the guard shop.

Sounds good! However, as mentioned before the main focuses are MineWars, Map Maker, and TMD...

Despite the main focuses of the server, all ideas should still be allowed.

Also Dragon, the idea sounds great. It's nice and all, but I think it should emphasize more on the evolution of the inmate. If you were to do a prison server, I think it should be more of a twist, and in Havoc's case, it should have more uniqueness.
For example, players would have to make ties with guards to have firearms given, and contraband, and Guards would be able to confiscate the firearms, or contraband. Simply my idea, don't really want to twist yours around to my own.
Not sure though, your idea is a more traditional Prison server, and mine is more realistic-style.

Hmmm... @Rejante, you have a point. I like the idea of the ties, actually. Whenever I need an idea, maybe I'll come to you for suggestions or ideas?
The ties sound good. Perhaps if a guard was caught giving illegal items to inmates, they could be fired on the spot, and start at F1.

Hmmm... @Rejante, you have a point. I like the idea of the ties, but most guards would.. try to keep firearms away from prisoners. Hence the riot kit. Riot control. Could we add like riot shields as well? It would be added to kit riot if so. Maybe implement ties and black market?

Also, @mindblaster007, I meant this update as an option to be looked on after the refocus and current updates. Not that you were wrong, you totally were, i just wasn't thinking it through

I know I'm just saying it's most likely not even going to be considered until next year due to the current focuses.
