Hya Kids, BigBoiDD here!
I have some suggestions for y'all kiddies who are planning or thinking about becoming staff on this great community!
First off, the current staff team are needing some new faces! Which means you guys! Better start writing down notes if you want to get ahead!
The very first thing you guys need to do is to join this server! Probably the easiest part of this whole guide! Make sure to create a forums account and introduce yourself to the community!
Secondly, be sure to make yourself known to the community, either on forums or one of the many servers HavocMc runs! Most of the community probably would want to know you well enough, before you decide to apply for the staff team. It's a lot better to have the backing/support of the community instead of being a complete rando, who nobody knows! I'm here to prevent you from being one, and help you to become the most competent staff member HavocMc well ever get!
The most important thing is maturity in any situation, being open about things and see other people's viewpoints. Be an intellectual, that's how I see it. Be sure to have your own opinion over things and not suck-up to a certain group, nobody likes suck-ups. A recent poll about how the community thinks of suck-ups had a stunning high percentage of participants voting that staff suck-ups and mini-kids are the most annoying things on this server. Listen to the community and have good reasons and opinions. If you can't even do this, how can anyone take you seriously?
Additionally, be a good person and a positive benefit to this server! Look forward to tackle tough situations and smooth out tensions over the community. The last thing we need is an incompetent staff member who doesn't listen and doesn't know how to do their job. Also be sure to have good morals...or that demotion will catch towards your progress...
Another important thing to do is being knowledgeable about this community, be active on the server and know what is going on even of the forums page. The more positive interaction you have with people, the better chances people know you and see your viewpoints...

Oh No! I almost forgot! Be sure to make a good application for the staff team to read! They love reading essays!
