Is Hershel's Farm still a good place to loot?

I don't know if Hershel's Farm is popular but is it still one of the best sights to loot at? I think it was back in the day but I don't know anymore!

It is a safe tier 2 area with few police bags ,
but there's better options like CDC , Prison and The Asylum.

(Well you might see Hershel shooting with his infinite shotgun on his farm : P)

haha that is an infinite gun, I wish my shotgun could hold that many shots

Its rather only a point of interest, loot is far spread out, the main building only got the most loot in form of regular lootbags.

Getting there is also very dangerous due to the bandits
