Keybinding Mod for chat?

Ello!

Just wondering if I find a mod that allowed keybinding for quick chat purposes (and only this) would it be allowed?

Examples of what chat messages/commands that could be set to keys for quick use:
/home cactusfarm (HH)
/shop (HH)
/HQ (MW)
/repair (TMD)
/near (TMD)
Say "Hello"

The reason I'm asking is because people could set keys to commands such as /needs in TMD instead of having to stop and type it out, therefor giving them a slight pvp advantage. However it would be very useful for Havoc Horizons when it comes to teleporting between places while working on big projects.

Note! I already have a chat' shortcut system. I think its included with the 5zig mod. Ex : I could use an nickname autocomplete option.
Does not work with /fmsg, but with /tell , /pay /trade /tpahere. All I have to do, is to enter the first 4 characters of the player's name, then hit enter.
Ex : In Havoc Horizon I wan to
/pay carlos 10000
= you have pay 10,000 to carloshavefun. (Damn! I wanted to send it to carlosshort!)
