I make a map to replace the /map that is still down...
I make 2 public custom resource packs (plus 3 personal ones) SPECIFICALLY for TMD...
I make countless threads that help people to do better, shoot better, play better, and know more about the game & guns...
I spend more time on than 90% of staff...
I answer more random questions in game then anyone else I see...
I can have so much random knowledge about TMD...
I spend more than $300 on this server, not just cus I want the perks, but because I like the server as a whole and want them to last a long time...

AND NONE OF THAT GETS NOTICED BY THOSE IN POWER.

My helper app goes 2 months without them ever picking it up. Actually, I applied way back when they were on miningdead.com and in the process of updating to havocmc but that never got noticed either. So in reality its been more like 4 or 5. And I KNOW by how these things work that this little 3 day ban has taken me out of the running for Helper entirely.

    All that gets noticed?

    "Chlnge kys".

Obviously I've had some pent up frustration. Cus everyone just loves it when someone who's maybe in 9th grade makes a college kid feel like a child.

That's the problem, there are ALWAYS going to be people who are sensitive, and it doesn't help to say "Just get over it", as it's something they have no control over. The only thing that can be he helped is to not even say anything that may offend people in the first place.
    overly sensitive.
    I'm sensitive. (was)
I'm 5 feet tall and I'm thirteen. I'm the smallest kid off my age in the history of friggin' mankind. DO NOT talk to me about being sensitive, especially if I were able to do it.
It's a matter of whether or not you have the courage to do something. It comes with maturity and realizing that the person isn't worth listening to. Just tell them they're a dbag and move on. You'll learn it, with asking people out... (I have my own experiences here) and moving on, but it's courage. It's the courage to stand up and tell the person how much of a **** they are.

I'm 6'0", 17, and a freshman in college. I have an abnormally high IQ and am a Cadet Chief Master Sargent in Civil Air Patrol. I work at a local Froyo place and play TMD in my downtime. I never say anything I think people would take offensively.
Doesn't matter how lightly you step on the landmine. It'll still blow your legs off.

I go to a private school and even that doesn't help much. I still get teased, nor does it help that the person that you <like> is legit taller than you are.

Nor does it help hearing them tell you they'd rather be friends.

You have to take the issue head-on, however. Proactively. If you just leave the mine sitting there, someone else is bound to step on it.

that's kinda difficult with my schedule, and it doesn't help that I'm ridiculously tired when I get home from school. We have to play an hour and a half of a sport a day.

I never said anything about you being sensitive, I just mentioned that people out there are sensitive, and saying things that people could take literally (even if it is a joke, no matter how obvious) shouldn't be said in the first place for that reason.

If you have to fight, it quarters between your fingers. Just a tip. Doesn't make you stronger, just does a bit more damage.

    Or just bring a gun.
    They you kill them.
    And go to jail.
For the rest of your life.

Ok don't listen to my advice.

Just an initial note, we have promoted many helpers recently, so if an app goes that long without a reply, it's a no.

As a fan of natural selection and someone who is ultimately dead inside, I actually am fine with those too weak to deal with their issues offing themself. I do not feel remorse. However I do discourage people from killing themselves. It's the ultimate act of selfishness. (Sorry if this is harsh, it's just my honest opinion, I'm well aware I'm an awful person.)

I dislike it when people say committing suicide is a cowardly way to go, or that it's COMPLETELY selfish. If someone thinks that their life doesn't matter, it's because of the people around them. If someone wants to commit suicide, they likely didn't receive enough attention, or received the wrong kind of attention. Think about what must have happened to make that person think that their life is utterly useless. Yes, it may be selfish to take yourself away from the people who DO love you, but those people probably didn't try hard enough to stop the act happening, or took the wrong approach to it. In the end, they only have themselves to blame for their loved one being absent from their lives.

It is a coward's way, which is why I'm waiting for something else to come along and end it. There's other ways to resolve these issues, like leaving to make new friends, speaking with guidance personnel, leaving wherever the people you hate or that hate you are, and dealing with it in any conceivable means necessary. In the end, they don't have themselves to blame if they aren't responsible, and if they are responsible for their lives being ruined, they should try to fix it in the very least. You only get one original shot at life, and if you cut it short, you'll just end up reliving the same torture over and over. The goal of a depressed person should be to improve their current state.

If you feel like you're "dead inside," shouldn't you be doing something to improve your current state as well, instead of waiting for "something else to come along and end it"?

Just a thought to keep in mind...

I should, but I can't currently. I've already improved what I can, I'll be able to finally drive in a few months with a license. Until then I'll do what I can.
