Normal and Op servers.

Ok so a while back the server had a hardcore mode, but many people didn't play it because it was too hardcore. What if he have a OP server and a Normal server. Only difference is one has legend items and one doesn't. This could help people that want to play on pvp servers but don't have high ranks to get good gear easily to still have a chance. This also would be a way to get away from all the teams duping jugg.

hmm.............. i don't know it sounds like your trying to mess with powerful forces here i don't like it.... but it's crazy enough it just might work.....
