Players vs staff war??

I would love to help with this situation, although some things that have been said have actually made me feel uncomfortable and saddened. The staff team has been generalized as one big group of corrupt people and we have even been compared to criminals. I don't like being seen like that when I personally try my best to help the server in every possible way I can and be pleasant to everyone. I know a lot of other staff members are the same. Yeah, we may have/had some corrupt or otherwise not-right-for-the-position staff members, but we can't do much until they are reported to us. We also can't improve the staff team until players tell us how to. We don't mind constructive criticism but comparing us to criminals is not the right way to go about it. Therefore, I don't really want to participate in this. I hope you can understand that.

Other things I would like to add:

• I don't use Discord but feel free to message me in game or on the forums any time you like and I'd be happy to help or talk to you about anything. As long as the discussion is respectful, I'm happy to participate.
• Some players feel this way due to being punished. It's often found that they were correctly punished and just simply didn't like the rules so they claim the staff team is corrupt and state rude things about us. Miscommunication is then a factor, as this happens quite a bit and if other players see this frequently, some start to believe it or say similar things. Please do not believe everything you read. I've read some pretty ridiculous and incorrect things stated against the staff team on the forums before.
• Some ex-staff members may not always speak the truth in plain black and white or they may not explain situations in full detail to you. I've seen some ex-staff members not give full stories behind their demotions which may lead the community to dislike us or make false allegations towards/about us. Unfortunately, we cannot reveal the full story behind an ex-staff members demotion unless we have their permission. Therefore, the players base their opinions off of a one-sided explanation which isn't always correct. Once again, please consider this before believing what you read.
• If players would like to continue to give their opinions on the staff team, that is completely fine. I encourage it 100% as that is the only way we will improve to how the community would like us to. However, please ensure that you are respectful about it as there are plenty of disrespectful forum posts regarding this topic. Also, please don't generalize all staff members as bad or corrupt. If you believe one of us is, that's fine for you to believe - but don't believe/generalize us all like that. If you have evidence to back your opinion on certain staff members being corrupt or abusive, please create a support ticket or message a Sr. Mod+ about it so that we can deal with that staff member appropriately.

Please note that this message isn't aimed directly at ArmenTheHeli, but rather the whole player-base involved in these posts and discussions. Sometimes the staff team can't (or aren't allowed to) give you the answers to everything you ask (for example, reasons for demotions). However, we would really appreciate it if you consider other possibilities and didn't believe every bad claim you hear about staff members, because we can't always stand up for ourselves and explain our reasoning. Thank you guys for understanding!

Thanks for writing this Im glad you wrote it, even if you aren't gonna be on the Discord. Guess its up to 2.5 staff members helping

Armen I joined but it told me your account must be at least 5 minutes old to talk on this server even though I have an old account.

Discord server settings probably had a seizure, try again. If it still happens ill mash the setting buttons

She got demoted for (insert jumbled story here). Still working out the details of that demotion :/ Ill tell you if I get a somewhat reasonable story. (Unless a staff wants to tell, but I know it's probably against staff rules)

Na Staff some staff will ban you just because the don't like you if you kill them.

And then ignore your apply for like 2 weeks and then deny it
Or if you put weight on your mouse and for auto click and they say its macros the will just ignore your apply

Just put a camera that records the item on your mouse, then they cant call macros. Just to make sure they know, walk away from your computer for like 5 minutes XD

Who is that person in bbb.png who can't use or comprehend grammar? I'd demote them right off the bat for a visible mental disability (Which is not a desirable trait for the job don't get triggered).

Aside from that, can we get more staff to help? And can people actually post ideas? We cant do anything if you dont make an idea ;-;

I've seen staff ban people just because their friends say to ban people. I've also seen staff take abuse by players just because those players have money for the server. I think that it's becoming biased pretty hard around by what means players contribute to the server.

Honestly, this is going to happen .I dont care if I get muted/forum banned. Im doing this to make havoc better, and if anyone (staff or not, theres no difference) says anything against it, I will find them.

I really don't bother reporting anymore. Majority of the time it resulted in a waste of my time. Trust me, most of the staff already know of the individual(s) that do this.

It's a communication of ideas that must happen if the server is going to survive.

Try using discord from the discord website. it has all of the functions of discord, but it doesn't take any space on your computer

I'm not sure if he applied, I don't really get that out of what he said.

I think he just meant he's available to help players out who need it. Also staff tend to take a week or two to get back to applications. Alot of people apply for staff nowadays.

Some will some won't, i got my support tickets answered everytime before I was helper. Also, Higher ups have a lot of other things to do other then to sit at their computer for a few hours and look through hundreds of support tickets. All you need is patience and maybe even make another one a few weeks after. You just need to understand that.
