Hello! Yesterday i purchased a christmas crate but didnt recieve it. This morning i posted a support ticket. please look into it. I also want to buy a rank and bigger backpack but i just want to make sure that i recieve the stuff. I have transaction ID and everything if needed.

Have you made sure that you opened it on tmd pvp/e 1 or 2?
On inferno you may not use crates bought from the store as its the competitive realm.
