Havocmc is a fantastic server. A blockbuster TV show combined with Minecraft. How awesome is that? Havoc has so much potential that it's nearly unfathomable.
We have already come so far. From the bottom of the server list like any rookie host all the way to the top.
But we can go farther.
Many people are complaining about the staff not doing their jobs. But have you considered why? Lots of players are throwing hate at helpers and staff for not listening. True, they may not always listen. But sometimes they've got different things to do.
But some staff do their jobs rather well. And sometimes they dont do as well because of all the problems in one place.
This is the kind of thing that makes things fall apart. Think of it as a dam.
First, too much water. It represents hate, problems and dilemmas. It slowly starts to spill over and break the top layer (lower ranked staff like Helpers and Apprentices.)
Then, the hate gets stronger. Someone snaps and quits. Part of the dam breaks. Then more people leave.
The huge explosion happens. All the water is set free, all the way from apprentices to the Devs and Owners.
At the end, nothing is left. Havoc the dam is destroyed.
This will happen. I have seen it happen before. Not in this scenario but in life: and the result is always utter destruction.
Wouldnt you rather have Havoc than no server? Be patient. Give the staff a chance. Surely they will listen eventually, given time. And if not, why sit around complaining? Why don't you apply for staff? Make a difference and get the server to where you want it.
