Thoughts on AFK kick in Horizons?

The Horizons game mode is a pure grind experience and to grind farms efficiently AFK is the solution, The server restarts and kicks all the afks after a certain point so why add it so we can't make our livings in the slow process gamemode. So what I'm asking is what is everyone's opinion of the AFK kick and do you think it should be here on a gamemode that takes hours of standing around to get anything done. These are just my thoughts on the matter share why you think it was a good decision and why not?

I honestly really don't like AFK-kick when it comes to this, at least.

Havoc horizons i summed up in three steps.
Grind
Buy more islands
Grind more.
If they didn't want us to grind for cash, why dont they add more things to it so we have something else to do :/ And for afk cobble grinding, people keep getting banned for "macros" just because they put a heavy item on their mouse to hold down left click. Any specific reason for this? If someone wants cobble, does it matter if they afk mine it? They would still be getting the same amount of cobble if they stayed at their computer to mine it :/

Going back to adding more thing. Making the area around the spawn a pvp zone does not count as adding things. Neither does adding farms in the nether. They need more things (the only somewhat original thing in Horizons are casinos, but said casinos were made by players)

Don't get why they did it, the server is running just fine anyways. Can we make the afk machines or is it bannable now?

So, no player shops, no afk, bad auction system and challenges are broken. The only thing they have good is expansions. Please any mod or admin tell me the point of havoc islands once you have the last expansion? We cant grind for money or create shops we can auction it but auctions are flooded with crap. I love this server and had high hopes for your skyblock version but i dont understand what makes it fun now...

We do not have rank titles on the forums due to complications we've encountered with adding them.

I don't have much to say on this. It may be removed in the future if required, but that decision is up to the owners.

Once you get the last island, it basically comes down to "oh, you finished! Guess you can go play another server now!"

I'd like to hear what the owners have to say on this matter. In general, what the reasoning behind this is. I have an idea on why, but if we could get a solid answer from the source instead of just speculating, we might better understand and accept why they added it. Atm I'm rather neutral on having this, or having it removed.

AFKing is usually involved in big farms. Those types of farms tend to lag the server, so when there are a few people afking, it takes a toll on the server. Also, AFKing farms makes people a lot of money, which kind of ruins the server.

The point of havoc horizons is to get as much cash as possible (to buy all of the islands),and occasionally PvP. How can it "ruin" the server if we are just doing the only somewhat engaging activity on Horizons? PvP is also on horizons, but you can PvP in the lobby...

Because with AFKing, too much money is made.

Define "too much money", since last I checked, some guy had around 20mil from auto pumpkin farms (not afk farms, automated farms)

Well thank you for replying but I believe this is where I part, the only thing to do on the server is make money and make the most efficient way to get it. I have nothing left to do here now so good day, enjoy my money from my rank.
