Sarge, you can't make hitboxes invisible. It's in the coding of the game already, and messing around with that can really screw stuff up (delete the wrong line and the game just broke). Although it's a GOOD IDEA, it's not practical since I would see you with hitboxes on.

The idea itself sound amazing, but the problem is, You will be seen, If someway, somehow You make the hitboxes invisible, No one can hit them.
What I thought about is the Hide 'n' Seek Mechanism. For example, You are wearing Riot Armor with Desert Camo, The server automatically makes you look like a sand block, Or a sand stone block. And if they add in the Visibility and Hidden Mechanisms (Visible when not Solid, Hidden When Solid, Hidden looks like an accurate block) It would be pretty good, Most of the people wouldn't find you. But, This would make part of TMD as a minigame. I don't know if _Nickk would agree or not.
