This post is gonna be the straight up truth and the way I feel, so if the truth hurts you, don't read any farther. (Also since this update was mostly the new map, I'll be focusing on the map.)

This update was absolutely bad in my opinion. Ima just list everything I see wrong with it, then I'll list some fixes. First off, no one put thought into the role player's. Like, not only did this map take away more locations we wanted to use for our role plays, but it just ruined some major locations. For example, hilltop, it looks horrible. Most players are absolutely hating on hilltop. It's many reasons for it's failure such as The Windows, The Trailers, The New Interior, No Front Door, A non-working Back Door, and no rooms. No mentioning how the interior looks way to damn modern for the apocalypse. Hilltop use to be a major spot for role play, now it's going to be a death spot. Second off, the update overall. This update was rushed hella' bad. Like, this update included more bugs and glitches than the last one, and the last one had a lot. Most of the locations were either rushed or had to much detail put into them (Oceanside). Also, I don't mean any offence to the builders by this, you guys did great with the small amount of time you were given. As for the coders, well erm, I just think you should've left the coding alone. Anyways, Third Off, and yet again no offence to builders, the interior of most places was way to damn out of style. Like, for example, the Junkyard interior didn't fit at all. It was like living in luxury under a bunch of trash. Fourth off, some of the features added/removed are plain stupid. Such as not being able to get bit anymore, may have been annoying, but it was a feature of TMD that should've never been removed. Or bandages, what sense does it make if you can't pull a bullet out nor' clean the wound? Last but not least, the PvP fixes. Not only did the attempt to fix the PvP "fail", but I've seen players rant more now than before. How the map is "To Unfit" or "The new game play". I've personally got nothing to say for this as I'm not a PvP'er, but I assume many players would want that added. Anyways, time for my suggestions on how we could possible fix these issues,
[1] Give the big map to PvE servers. Most people on PvE servers are role players, why not give us this so we can continue to role play more realistically and with more experiences.
[2] Add quite a lot of the old coding back. I'd like to see the features come back into play.
[3] Either get builders to give locations a more apocalypse vibe, or find a few more peeps' who could.
[4] Take a big time gap before the next update, maybe do a update on mine wars or possible get banner wars up and running before another TMD update. I just think this time will give builders a larger time span to make some builds great for the server, and time for staff to make some great ideas for TMD.
[5] Now, this one's a bit modest, but if you don't know xStormKillerx and ParachuteFailure lead a very organized rp with a good 65% of the rp'ers on Havoc in it. Not mentioning how half the server population is about 50%. So doing the math, I'd say around 80-90 peeps (Basing The Server Population At A Normal Basis Of The Time I'm On) in the rp. I know Storm has brought this to Jacob's attention before, but I think they should get a "server" of their own. Jacob did say yes to this, but the update took over time which I'm guessing clouded his memory. As I said, that's a lot of peeps' you could make happy. Just talk to Storm and he'd be happy to discuss it with you.
[6] Just a tiny heads up, remove the over-growth of trees you have.
[7] Another tiny heads up, the walker head shot is a 1 shot needs to come back.
[8] Harts kinda needs a whole redo on its style. It looks great, it just doesn't look like something you would actually see.
Those are the major things I see with the update, let me know what y'all think.

Thinking about it more and exploring Hilltop more and again, I can agree. Both for how it looks and for rp standards. There are far less rooms then the one on the last map. The new one has a total of nine rooms in Barrington House,l compared to the last one which had like about 15 rooms, at least. The front door was fine before. All they could've done was have a double door and that would've been fine. The kitchen didn't need to be nearly as big as it was. Where the clinic used to be, I like that, and the office over the last map. The trailers could've been better, but they're usable. And I like it that the balcony is quickly accessible again like it was on the map before last. It was a pain to have to do basic parkour, but parkour none the less, just to get to the balcony quickly.

Okkaayyy.. 1. the Barrington house.. We actually made the barrington house how it looks irl.
    2. The trailers are supposed to look like that.
    3. the update came out less than 24 hours ago. there are going to be glitches, they are going to be fixed (The doors in the barrington house. and elsewhere)
    4. if you didn't watch vc's vids (Which ik you did) our main focus on this update Was pvp. Yet. the builders took into consideration and made some of the main builds rp compatible. (Alex, Terminus, Sanctuary, Prison. ect.)
    5. The owners where rushed. because of everyone screaming "Wheres the update"
    6. We aren't shown in the show what the interior of the junkyard looks like.
    7. Find more people who could? uhm have you seen atlanta? and the other builds. they look pretty apocalyptic. To me anyway.

I'm Sorry But I Have To Agree, Most Of The Buildings Just Honestly Don't Fit They're Theme, They Look Way To Modern, and if the junk yard interior wasn't shown yet, why even add it to the map? and honestly, for something under a trash heap, you'd expect it to be less, luxurious.

[1] I get it, but it kinda ruined the vibe.
[2] The trailers are erm, ima leave it at that.
[3] I never really mentioned bugs.
[4] I get the focus of the update was PvP, but they didn't take -much- consideration into rp'ers. Only 2 locations I found that could seriously be used are Alexandria and Abigail.
[5] Ik they were rushed, but even then they could've taken a bit more time and maybe given us something to hold us over.
[6] Even with not knowing the interior of junkyard, you could've taken into count the theme of the exterior to help with the interior.
[7] As I said, just like Junkyard, other locations are to modern. I don't mean replace builders, I meant get more. Lots of locations around the map don't have that apocalyptic vibe.

(Commenting on 3) You where complaining against the map. when it hasn't been out for 24 hours.
(Commenting on 5) Like what? just the hub? The amount of hate we where getting was ridiculous, (Before the update) then after the update. you're all still hating. But 5 months ago. You all where ready and excited for the new map. now. You're hating on the map you all asked for (Players in general)

Yet again, I just don't like the new map. I'm just replying to what you said with bugs. And yes we did ask, but since it was rushed, it turned out not being so great persay.

I as a builder, think it was rushed. Hilltop is not what any builder wants. This isn't a lie, why did we make another one already? Also, Oceanside is not like the show and for all the time we took on the locations already done why didn't we use that time on the new location like Oceanside that is completely wrong.
For you use to being one of us rp'ers you do not seem to understand that the server does not give a damn about us. We take up at least 40% of people on the server now and I do agree Hilltop is how it is in real life but and I say but as it does not fit our theme for the server. Hilltop looks thrown together as Alexandria has new additions and other things to make it worth looking around. I do agree with some of your points like bugs and such. Hilltop trailers are how they should be but still don't look right as Leo or Daryl could of gone through and edited there new version. I don't wanna be the bad guy but. As a builder this update didn't help the situation of before. It was a step forward, how far forward? We'll have to see.

Here allow me to adress hilltop. It had block doors for the front and back door but Jacob forgot to do the block doors as he most likely was busy with other stuff and forgot. The inside is of a completely accurate layout. Jbentley has a friend who works on set who was able to give him a layout for how the real hilltop is set up. And 9 rooms makes a lot more sense as opposed to 30 from another hilltop that was to get added. We only see around 15 people living in hilltop in the show, and they live in the trailers too so there's obviously not that many rooms. You didn't elaborate on the trailers or Windows, but the trailers and windows are as accurate as they are in real life, if you'd like to go more in depth about what you don't like about it be my guest. Also none of the builds except maybe one house from breaking bad were rushed in the update. And who honnesty cares if the junkyard looks like luxury at this point. If you said that it obviously means it's good, so just enjoy what we spent another couple of months trying to bring you and we will try another couple of months to try and please you people again.

I Mean, As Munchi Stated The Map Was Built For Realism, And The Junkyard Being So Luxurious Isn't Very Realistic Now Is It? I Must Say For People Living Under Trash, The Scavengers Are Really Doing Well For Themselves Eh?

Fits perfectly in my opinion. Gives quality midevil feel just like it does in the show. I don't know what doesn't fit about it, as I've said before it's completely show accurate. If you'd elaborate on what doesn't fit about it we can try and fix it.

We did somewhat have a right. When we were told Mid-April and it never arrived, it began going down-hill. Since we did get impatient, you guys ended up rushing, and we take responsibility for that.

We would not be rushed if the the owners and builders put a date or time range out, we'd of been fine if we said "Oh by the end of the summer" and when it drops in spring its a happy surprise.

Both you parachuters (ParachuteFailure and FailedParachute) have ties/drama with the build team. LeosBiggestFan and Tiffany(a previous builder). It's funny how every single location complaint happens to be what our friend Terminant worked on. I don't wanna get involved but I've definitely heard about all the drama involving you guys, and it's very clear you don't like Leo(terminant). You're just trying to get more people to hate him, which is pretty childish. Again, I have no idea what the whole conflict is nor do I care, just an outsider's opinion.

Now on the whole apocalyptic theme: I made it clear to pretty much everyone that I was gonna be the one who wanted to detail everything, every road, every atlanta exterior, every car, etc... I have a certain apocalyptic detail style I've developed and the reason I wanted to do it all is so it looked consistent, because we all have very different styles us builders. I even let one of our best builders make a section of highway cars, but I deleted them because it didn't match my style. That's not his fault, he's not a bad builder, that's just my pickiness/OCD. As the map got closer and closer to being done, I was running out of time to get everything detailed by then, since I knew it'd be a grind. While at the same time I had to grind for school because graduation was coming up and I was failing a couple classes because I procrastinated by building for the server. So I was staying up late grinding out work, but unfortunately it was schoolwork and not server work. The one time in my life I actually put schoolwork as a priority. Now it's been a week or so and now the map's out and I never found time to finish all the detail especially in Atlanta. It sucks and it looks unprofessional and lazy, but I had to graduate, couldn't miss that, and I mean the map is still playable, it just wont look as cool for a couple weeks. Yes I am literally working on the second map update right now. Would love to relax and enjoy the new TMD after a year of building, but there are still people out there who need to be silenced.
