@Munchii if you don't want people rushing, don't make specific release dates that seem too early, wait till a good portion of it is done and you're satisfied so that you don't have to make new dates and make people impatient. Timing is important on this server, if you make people wait 2 months past the original supposed release date, then don't be surprised is people wanna push you to get it done

Alright. We thought we would be done with the april-may update. then we ran into issues. that happened multiple times. and also. do you not think timing is inportant to us? We spent the last year making a map for you guys, then these last few months a constant grind to finish.

First off, I didn't even know Leo built the current hilltop. Second off, why would I hate on a build just because one person built it? As I said, I love terminus and he says it was his biggest project.

She doesn't make the release dates, the owners do and that's far out of our control. We're just people who place stuff.

i hope you're aware. We finished the map itself a while back, We ran into coding issues, that made us delay the update of the server.

Sorry that we don't go through every single house and build in the map. Don't worry we will just spend another 6 months trying to perfect every single block in the map. We can't control what others build nor do we have the same building style as others, sorry for some "questionable town textures?" And designs being questionable.

Both you parachuters (ParachuteFailure and FailedParachute) have ties/drama with the build team. LeosBiggestFan and Tiffany(a previous builder). It's funny how every single location complaint happens to be what our friend Terminant worked on. I don't wanna get involved but I've definitely heard about all the drama involving you guys, and it's very clear you don't like Leo(terminant). You're just trying to get more people to hate him, which is pretty childish. Again, I have no idea what the whole conflict is nor do I care, just an outsider's opinion.

Now on the whole apocalyptic theme: I made it clear to pretty much everyone that I was gonna be the one who wanted to detail everything, every road, every atlanta exterior, every car, etc... I have a certain apocalyptic detail style I've developed and the reason I wanted to do it all is so it looked consistent, because we all have very different styles us builders. I even let one of our best builders make a section of highway cars, but I deleted them because it didn't match my style. That's not his fault, he's not a bad builder, that's just my pickiness/OCD. As the map got closer and closer to being done, I was running out of time to get everything detailed by then, since I knew it'd be a grind. While at the same time I had to grind for school because graduation was coming up and I was failing a couple classes because I procrastinated by building for the server. So I was staying up late grinding out work, but unfortunately it was schoolwork and not server work. The one time in my life I actually put schoolwork as a priority. Now it's been a week or so and now the map's out and I never found time to finish all the detail especially in Atlanta. It sucks and it looks unprofessional and lazy, but I had to graduate, couldn't miss that, and I mean the map is still playable, it just wont look as cool for a couple weeks. Yes I am literally working on the second map update right now. Would love to relax and enjoy the new TMD after a year of building, but there are still people out there who need to be silenced.

I'll take partial blame for the feeling the pressure as I had school and computer problems during the real creation of the map. I would say I do a pretty decent amount for interior building. But I do know the Parachute Pals well enough to where I'd say they aren't taking this out because of drama. I'm also not defending Tiffany as she got me builder as her helper.

Things that Don't fit
[1] Hilltop's overall theme
How to fix: Just work on Hilltop as a whole. It's house needs some tweaking as the rooms feel to big for a 2 block tall player. Also the trailers need some tweaking.
[2] Oceanside
How to Fix: Completely redo or put some real trees around it and put it closer to the water. It had a dense forest around it in the show.
[3] Junkyard
How to fix: Redo the interior. It doesn't fit for such filthy characters. It needs to be more bare. I know detail is the goal but in this case less is more.


Issues:
[1] Lag:The maps intent was to reduce lag. In many ways it has but multiple "reports" have told me Alexandria is worse and I can't get near the Mall on my decent laptop without becoming choppy and laggy.
[2] Bugs: Yes, this is here to just point it out. For us having the map down and waiting so long on coding we had a lot more bugs than the last update in my eyes. I do believe this was under rushed circumstances but still this leads into my next point
[3] Staff: (including me) If we never put a time frame out and just said "it'll be out by the end of summer" people would look to the end of summer and when it popped up in June they would of been happy to see it.
[4] Drama: The build team went through drama with people telling false things and people blaming people. We work together on the map so people can enjoy. Leo and I found we make a pretty good team during my time back in the flow of things. We should leave the drama aside.
[5] Lack of help: The firing of builders made work a lot more stretched. As well as my absence things weren't easy for many builders.

I believe this is clear and wraps up everything

Honestly, I made this post to try and help resolve some of the issues I saw with the update. Then it just turned into some bs un-needed drama. If you disagree with something I said, I just wanted some constructive criticism.
