Before anyone asks, YES, I MADE A SUPPORT TICKET ABOUT THIS.

I purchased 5 vehicle crates from the web store, unfortunately, none of the vehicles I received work.

In the image attached, I am being told to create a support ticket to get a refund. I created a ticket on July 21st, and the ticket was closed without resolution. There is no deposit in my bank account, and no deposit in my paypal account, and nobody said anything at all in the support ticket. If I received some kind of shop credit, I don't see anywhere to view it, and there is no option to use shop credit when attempting to make purchases.

And my vehicles still do not work.

Take this up with Chillcraft and MAYBE he can give you the items back or a refund. This is not your fault, just make another support ticket, and if that doesn't help, directly message one of the staff members to see what they say about it.
