I’m gonna continue to enforce the rules the way I always have, If I was in the wrong I would’ve been fired by now, I’m going on 2 years as a member of this staff team and have been promoted since then so I’m pretty sure I’m doing something right, just my thoughts though.

As for the Kendra thing bud those screenshots were taken out of context and it was in response to something she was saying in a conversation ALONG TIME ago.

I’m not gonna be more chill just because the players want me to be. I enforce the rules how I enforce the rules and that’s the way it’ll stay.

Rattler, I think you forget our places here. You are staff to help the enjoyment of players. Similar to how the government regulates the people as the people want to be regulated. You can totally decide how strict you want to be, but it will be derelict of the duty you should be fulfilling and will drive away players even IF Beetley ends up agreeing with you.

You were promoted after a year of being helper. One would expect good staff to be promoted sooner. You can’t use promotion as proof you’re good. I don’t mean this as a personal attack; I’m just rebutting your point.

That is a very good point, I realize now that one of the reasons I made this public wasn't to try to change rattlers mind, but change other peoples minds such as Mindblaster or JT900, this hoax of people "harassing" stegerain has gone on too long, supply me with screenshots of people actually harassing him instead of things that are obviously jokes.

I’m disappointed in the players here. Players and staff to be blatant. If you claim this isn’t publically shaming, that’s hypocritical, and exactly what you claim is wrong.

If a mod says “are you seriously arguing with a mod” then I believe that either
a) they need to select a better choice of words to explain why the warn was issued.
b) the situation is missing crucial information that results in making someone look bad who simply did their job.

How old are all of you? Grow up, this is Minecraft.

I know many of you don’t like me, and to be frank I don’t care. I don’t need you to like me, but what I ask is you respect me like I respect you all. I treat no one differently and even though I am as you all say “strict” I do my job and I do it well. This entire ordeal has made me quite upset and saddened me. I have been apart of this server since guns were 2d and we had the OLD OLD Atlanta map. I have never once treated someone on this server badly or been disrespectful in anyway so to receive that sort of treatment upsets me greatly. I joined staff a year and 5 months ago to better the server and try to do away with toxic behavior. And to be called out like this and people dming me calling for my demotion and saying I’m a bad staff member and this post is extremely disheartening and honestly makes me feel disrespected. I hoped for a lot more from this community. For those of you who feel I have wronged you I apologize, It was never my intentions to make someone feel like that. I hope you all take this the way I mean it and don’t continue to blast me. ~Concurrence_

Can you seriously shut up? I hate when people stick their noses around and make a big ordeal. The issue was resolved, and a post was made after. Why was that? If the issue was resolved then this was clearly for drama. If it weren’t, you all would’ve closed your mouths by now like mature human beings. Why a 17 year old needs to state this to multiple people, I don’t know. This post is irritating everyone because it has no purpose but to cause a nuisance.

There was a warn, and it was removed by the staff member who issued it, and a private apology was made YESTERDAY. As I said, please grow up and learn to hold your tongue when you don’t like somebody. If they didn’t remove an invalid warn, it’d be different. But it’s not, so please just act mature for once.

Nah, part that he wasn’t supposed to warn for it, but mainly because of his “almighty Rattler” feeling in general. He doesn’t care what other people say unless they can demote him, it seems. Oh yeah, also he threatened the dude who said “thot” with 3 warnings which is amazing. If anyone can explain why that would be, I’d appreciate it.

When you start off your argument with “shut up,” it’s really hard to care at all about anything else you have to say. I’ll care anyway bc I’ll assume this was a one time mistake since I hear you are a decent person.

The issue was resolved, and a post was made after. Why was that? If the issue was resolved then this was clearly for drama.

The issue isn’t the warn. The issue is Rattler’s behavior in general. Please read context before responding. The Discord screenshots near the start of the thread summarize the issue. I’ll be glad to discuss with you the issue once you know what it is.

We agreed that the word "thot" is not really warnable in the context that it was stated and rattler privately admitted to me that he was too harsh when he did it.

That's all I had to say just so the air was cleared on that part of this, I will not be responding further unless you have a question for me.

If the issue was resolved which I understand that yes it was I remember yesterday. Still why is this a thread? Seems to me that this just an immature outburst of sorts that is toxic and perhaps should be locked.

Also you know I'm sure behind everyones big toxic minds there is some intelect there and a bit of commonsense that would suggest to you that threads with toxic comments like these do hurt the image of the server. How exactly do pointless arguments like these appeal to players who just join the server to have a good time. Honestly there should be a policy put in place that locks/removes such threads that are either
a) created by a toxic individual
b) Become toxic and pointless
just a thought.
